The worst car experience I ever had in my life. I was sold a car that broke down 5 days later and they pretty much told me to get lost when I called and told them. When winter came I realized the heat wasn't fully funtional... again they pretty much told me to get lost. Soon after my engine had to be replaced and soo much more. It was never ending with this car. Thousands of dollars......The worst part was, I was a mother of 3 and pregnant when it broke down the first time but the owner told me I had to figure it out. He did not care and refused to help until the salesman working there convinced him. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.
I would not do business with this company. They are very unreasonable and will have you pay when convenient for them. I started a new job and wouldn't be paid in time for my weekly payment and they would not work with me at all! They told me to find a way to get the money!
I called today to speak with my representative and was told her computer was down and she would call me back shortly after it was restarted. I had to call 2 hours later and was told by a Kelly that she is unable to forward calls between 10:30-11:30. I stated that I had already called in right when they opened and I haven't received a call back. She put me on hold, without stating she was going to do so, then got back on the line and stated my rep was not even in the office today and Brandy would be handling my account today. She stated that Brandy would call me as soon as she could & I stated I wanted a phone call today. I am not very happy with the service that I have received.
I have recently paid off a vehicle I had purchased through Mike Anderson and am glad to say I dont have to deal with them anymore. The staff was rude as hell and impatient a majority of the time I had spoken to them. There had been only 1 or 2 ladies I had spoken too that were sweet and polite. I would not recommend doing business with these people. The vehicle, which had routine oil changes and maintainance, had engine issues which later led to the engine blowing and had to be replaced. I purchased the vehicle at the North Aurora, Il location which later closed down I found out after I was out a car. I would not buy a vehicle from Mike Anderson and certainly not finance through Drive now
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have had to call into their office numerous times to talk to my representative...nobody will call me back. I called on Friday to get a payoff amount on my account, spoke with someone who gave me a 10 day payoff amount.. Went into another dealership to purchase a new vehicle, tried to verify the payoff amount and was told they only do 30-day payoffs.
