I have lived all over the country and our family finds Dr Hoover the Best person and Dr. we have had.
Plus the staff are outstanding people. They remember your name and family and go out of their way to treat each person with patience and consideration.
Dr. Hoover is kind and considerate. He treats his patients like family. One of the greatest aspects of Dr. Hoover is he remembers what conditions, personal issues without looking at his charts. He never rushes his patients out. You are not a number, if you need to talk about your health he will listen. He treats my whole and if I need to discuss my teen or spouse he can give advice without getting their chart. (Each of us has each other's permission to discuss health issues).
I was assigned doc. Hoover from mhs and the secretary wants to get rude with me and continue to tell me he is not accepting anyone but the website clearly states that he is... i dont know about the doc but the help he has in office is flat out rude.... how can i be seen if they will not allow me to be
