I went in to get a haircut today for interview and was asked could I be helped. I told the lady to hear that I needed and she asked if she had time she said it would be just a few minutes. 20 minutes later while she's chatting with her friends I'm waiting to get my haircut. I don't know how that's good customer service but I will never go back to this place again and I suggested others avoid it as well.
I have been a customer here for over 3 years and I have enjoyed spending time there. Their service is top notch and their prices are fair. Abbie Wright does my hair and she's great!
