From the start Jamie was very helpful, he gave me multiple options to choose from for my budget, he even helped me load my water heater at the store and had his guys install it for free. His staff were professional and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with their whole team.
I do not know anything about the company personally, but I do know that their van has been parked in the alley down from my house for almost 4 hours and has prevented me from being able to park in my garage without backing down the alley from the other side. Very inconvenient and pretty unprofessional. Does not recommend yourself to the neighbors of your customer.
Great service. They came to fix our air the same day we called. Very friendly and professional. Unit needed to be replaced and instead of charging us thousands of dollars, they explained that the unit should still be under warranty. It was and thanks to them we saved 3,000.
Had an apt on 3/11/17 at Wich they called and prospond till the next day at noon. Noon came no call so I called them was told they had an emergency call and they would be a couple of hours. 4 to 5 hours passed still no call so I again called them because I had to run into town and I got their voice mail. I left a message say I had to go to town that there was some one there so they could still come to do the job. The day ended still no call no show. On 3/13 I called no answer so I left anther message and still no call no show. They have lost my business now and in the future I would reconsider using them if you have a tight schedule.
