Staff is very rude, and hangs up on the phone without acknowledging that they were leaving. We had a power surge causing great damage to a $1000.00 worth of stuff in our house. When we got our bill it was abnormally high, and i know that it couldn't have been from the A/C due to the prior months i have ran it. So i called to ask why the bill was so high, and told them about all my damages their power surge did. They went off and said well the bill has nothing to do with a power surge, which quote on quote lasted for a couple hours, so i had them send a technician to read the meter. The technician came here early in the morning the following day just to tell us that he couldn't get the meter open, and that he was going to try and see what he could do. He then proceeded complaining about why he was doing it in the first place when it is his job. He then went based off of what his boss told him and complained saying that he didn't see why a power surge would jump the electric bill. I have no respect towards any staff that works here anymore, over one of the most poor customer services i have had. I have heard a bunch of bad stories of this company, that would make most people mad. MCREMC get your crap together!!!!!
