Rude customer service all around!
Lights turned off, but did not receive a bill. I know of at least 4 or 5 people this has happened to. Rude customer service as well even though we were polite. No text alert system available, even though other companies can implement this feature. Got told to "Go green, but that is a problem too since it will get filtered to spam", their words, which means they are obviously aware of both issues.

We were told they shut us off so we don't get to far behind. We owed for last month and just came due this month. When trying to get an extension for just 4 days we were denied. Assistant locations are out of funds or on vacation or not available until November. When they tell you to go green they don't mention you do not receive notices either. When asking about why you haven't received notification they say that is our issue. Our online account doesn't even notify you of disconnect. Isn't there regulations for the treatment of consumer. No wonder no one wants to live in Peru.
Power outage for at least 5 hours now. This is just one of the best places to live isn't. I wish this town had IMP instead at least they come by anytime to at least check. PU is just lazy. I made a report for the outage around 1am but nobody can check until 8 a.m. That is one of the worst excuses they must be going green then (LMAO)
