Not sure how some people keep their jobs. My son ordered a Western BBQ combo w/o cheese with an extra side of onion rings. He got the onion rings and a mushroom swiss burger. They tried fixing it and he got his fries but the sandwich had cheese on it that he didn't want. We would've given them a third try, but it had taken over a half hour for them to screw it up twice!
For fast food it was slow and the blizzard wasn't that good limited fillings mostly ice cream.
Ice cream was good... there were 4 people working and the line was small (2 in line including me) and we couldn't find a single clean table! One person was cooking, one working drive up and one wiping trays. The 4th person seemed to be helping fill orders and waiting on line inside. When we asked to wipe off a table the young lady wiping trays handed us the bottle of cleaner!! I guess it is self-service!!
We stop here when we travel. We always have great service and great blizzards! Clean facilities!
Great friendly service but was disapointed that the ckn breast samdwich was a lot smaller than used to be..very thin and found a sm black hair at bottom of fries..had an appt so didnt hav time to complain
