I took my car in for a alternator and after work was done i notice at home my oil dip stick was broke off to where i could not even check my oil anymore.So i took the car back and i was treated very rude and basically called a liar to where next time we will have to take a picture of your car before we work on it again.WOW. He did order the new dip stick for me but i never went back to pick it up.Last thing he said to me really got me going he said thats what you get for dealing with the public.WOW. I will never go back there even if the parts and labor was free.I do have feelings here and he cross the line calling me a liar and saying thats what you get for dealing with the public. A simple apology would have been in order not by calling me a liar and telling me that next time i bring a car in Picture of my car will be taken proving if i was a liar or not. Keep there business i do have morals here.Have a good day sir. He can keep the new dip stick and my business.

He did the work in a reasonable time, for an unreasonable rate considering the initial quote. I had a bolt stuck in the head from the exhaust manifold, other than that it was all taken apart. I had the gasket,and I had the studs. he did end up getting it done the next day.. but the battery was dead when I went to get it, got a jump.... wasn't fixed correctly. I took it home and had my father and husband get into it and find the problem. He didn't use my studs, and the manifold was leaking. Charged 180.
