I just had a problem with my A/C shutting off randomly. Duncan Services came out yesterday and checked my outside unit and it was fine. They then came back out this morning and changed my thermostat because that's where they believe the fault was. They installed a simple "Honeywell Pro 3000" non-programmable thermostat that sets the temp and that's it. It seems to have fixed the problem and the staff were really nice and understanding. The problem I have is the bill. $203.00 for a $40 thermostat. This should have been a $90 bill tops. Come to find out they charge almost $100 just to come out and look at my system and do nothing. I live in Peru, the same town they are based out of. I will not be calling them again for any services.
