Appointments not met. Labor charges are over the top. If I could give negative rating I would. A 30 second phone call is too much?

Just left my cousins house an didn't put door back on the furnace or screw it back in. There are little kids in the house. Was not happy that I had to put it back together myself. Thanks for nothing an plus can't fix till next week.
