Good food for on most visits. Decent service.
If you find yourself in Peru looking for Mexican food definitely check this place out. I've only been there once but I was impressed with the service and the fresh food. My best friend has been here a number of times and recommended it.
We stopped here for lunch from out of town. Best Mexican food we've had in a long time! Fabulous queso, fast and friendly service, and our order came out perfectly. No complaints at all. If we didn't live 2 hours away, we'd come here all the time!
I've had better frozen dinners. In fact that's EXACTLY how their food tasted. Worst Mexican food I've ever had. Food had ZERO flavoring, the meat was bone dry with absolutely no fat...same for the beans, everything was lukewarm and right out of the can to microwave. Service was so-so. The waiter had nice personality, he just wasn't a good waiter...lol! In the restaurant's defense: I think they make their food like folks in rural Indiana like it cause I've had similar experiences at other so called Mexican restaurant s in the area. They are just super bland and dry.
